Commercial waterproofing
Our liquid rubber seals virtually any industrial surface including rusted metal, new metal, concrete, wood or foam. It dries rapidly as a membrane and it retains greater than 800% elongations.
Rubber Coatings
Rubber has proved to be an efficient means to resolve leaking issues on low slope metal roofs, waterproofing roof penetrations and sealing the internal gutter systems.
Our liquid applied, rubberized coating is ideal for waterproofing and corrosion prevention. It never hardens or cracks and will not allow moisture penetration.
We have worked on several high profile jobs to resolve difficult application procedures. We have waterproofed patios over living space on high rises, as well as the concrete over underground parkades.
Usage Applications
Our rubber coatings can be used for a wide variety of applications including seamless waterproofing for ICF (Insulated Concrete Foundation), concrete water storage tanks, and tanks for greenhouses used to collect rainwater and store fertilized water for feeding plants.
We have also waterproofed the top floor of a building so the roof could be removed and replaced without damaging the lower floors, and provided corrosion protection on a steel culverts installed under a local roadways. We have coated the inside of concrete manholes to prevent deterioration of the concrete from hydrogen sulphide, and our product has been used in sealing the building envelope at the wall to foundation transition.
Urethane Coatings
Our Urethane coatings are safe for incidental food contact and have been used in food processing facilities to provide a seamless floor surface. Once applied, the floor is extremely durable, easy to clean, non-slip, and reduces risk of bacteria growth. We also provided a seamless deck to wall transition preventing water from into the walls and reducing the risk of mould growth.
Usage Applications
Urethane coatings have a wide variety of uses including concrete balconies, maintenance free urethane deck systems, garage floors, concrete stairs and walkways, commercial floor retail areas, and chemical storage room floors.
